Baltimore Hilton Grand Opening
October 2nd, 2008 marked the highly anticipated Grand Opening Celebration for Charm City’s illustrious Hilton Baltimore. Surprise celebrity guest, Michael Phelps, made an appearance and addressed the crowd, while Haute Chile and South Beach’s DJ Erok kept the energy high. The celebration welcomed over 1,000 guests from the region, including Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon, meeting and event planners, corporate executives, and dignitaries. The celebration was kicked off by a costumed Brazilian carnivale band who led guests into the grand ballroom. Once inside, guests were wowed by the red, hot and spicy decor while ribbon aerialists and West African dancers performed. BCAM handled the event planning and public relations for the grand opening event


Baltimore Hilton Ribbon Cutting
Hilton Baltimore opened its doors with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on August 22nd, 2008. Mayor Sheila Dixon, Baltimore Hotel Corporation, Baltimore Development Corporation and Hilton Hotels Corporation celebrated with the community. Special Guest was The Honorable Martin O’Malley, Governor, State of Maryland. The exciting program included remarks by the Governor and Mayor. Additional remarks were made by Comptroller Joan Pratt and City Council President Stephanie Rawlings-Blake. BCAM handled the event planning and public relations for the highly anticipated, highly publicized event.


Big Brothers Big Sisters Biggest Little Tailgate Party
On Monday, May 5, 2008 Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland and the Lower Eastern Shore held the 1st annual “Biggest Little Tail Gate Party” at M&T Bank Stadium. Over 30 local celebrity chefs prepared their favorite tailgate food for a crowd of over 500 attendees. BCAM handed the event planning and public relations for the evening, filled with great food, drinks, and jazz music.


YWCA Leader Lunch 2006
This YWCA annual honors ceremony shines the spotlight on extraordinary Baltimore businesswomen whose accomplishments exemplify the YWCA’s vision of the economic empowerment of women, leadership, and the elimination of racism. WBAL’s Kate Amara emceed the event and over 300 guests enjoyed a fantastic meal and presentation of awards at the BaltimoreWyndham hotel.


Tremont Grand Opening
This elegant celebration was a blazing success and marked the grand opening of the Tremont Grand on May 25, 2006. This previous Grand Lodge of Maryland Masonic Temple underwent an extensive renovation to integrate state-of-the-art technology with original 19th Century architecture, transforming the property into the majestic Tremont Grand. Guests enjoyed food and drinks, as well as a treasure hunt through each themed room of the facility.


Keiffer Mitchell March Madness
To kick off the college basketball season, City Councilman Keiffer J. Mitchell Jr., invited friends and colleagues to his 5th annual March Madness fundraiser at Nick’s Seafood in Cross Street Market. Guests noshed on fresh catch and enjoyed the game in a casual setting a-buzz with season opening excitement.


Water Water Everywhere Corporate Retreat
This weekend team-building event brought approximately 40 Water Water Everywhere Management staff together in the corporate headquarter’s city of Baltimore, MD, to promote corporate unity and develop the team’s passion for the company. Guests enjoyed formal dinners at Sabatino’s and Eurasian Harbor, motivational presentations by keynote speakers and staff, an employee fashion show unveiling the upcoming swimwear line, as well as participation in Race for the Cure. Water Water Everywhere was thrilled with the positive response from Management and the event proved to be an enjoyable way to help the company set and reach its goals. Activities included work sessions with consultants, corporate speakers, as well as evening "get togethers."


Pride of Baltimore
The evening was aglow in red, white, and blue for the Flag Day celebration. In addition, Maryland's Governor, Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., was recognized as the Man of the Year. This event is held annually to benefit the Pride as Maryland's "Goodwill Ambassador".


Franklin Square Hospital Center Gala
This black tie celebration was held as a special thank you to the donors of the medical center's new Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Cancer Institute. Guests enjoyed dinner and dancing in a tent filled with hundreds of beautiful yellow "Hope" roses specially cultivated for the Institute's Meditation Garden.


Comcast Corporation
Comcast purchased AT&T cable and needed to brand themselves to the consumers and the employees of the South Florida Market. An event was held for 3600 employees that celebrated the relationship. Major network and sponsorship coordination, a full dinner, transportation from all over Florida to the venue, and a complete slate of entertainment including, a DJ, singers, dancers, a Junkanoo group and the Drifters was planned.


Big Brothers Big Sisters Gala 2003
The event honored Dr. Benjamin Carson for his contribution to children. The theme was "Think Big. There is Nothing You Can't Do". Marc Silverstein, from the Food Network, was MC for an evening of discussion, dinner, a live and silent auction and a Q & A with Dr. Carson. We raised well past the net profit goal and, in addition, brought much local recognition to the organization and its needs.
