Finley Weatherford – Account Executive/Media Buyer

Finley Weatherford joined Barb Clapp Advertising & Marketing, bringing to the firm over 18 years of experience in strategic marketing, advertising and design. Finley has held art director positions in small boutique shops and large design firms. She has directed multi-million dollar media programs for hi-tech software companies, and local retail chains. Her expertise includes: design and development of advertising and promotional materials, managing trade show and special events, public relations and production supervision.

Finley got her start in advertising at Baltimore's legendary VanSant Dugdale Advertising. She moved to the Sandler Group in as Assistant Art Director. Then, she moved to MicroProse Software in Hunt Valley for the following 10 years. There, she managed the performance of the Creative Department as Production Manager. Microprose Software joined ABC Interactive and Disney Interactive to design software games for their ABC Sports division. As Production Manager, Finley worked with the Director of Marketing to manage the production and marketing between ABC Interactive, Disney Interactive, advertising agencies and public relations firms. Her biggest accomplishment: The organization and creative direction for trade show and special events nationwide. Finley continued her career with Radcliffe Jewelers as the Director of Marketing, Advertising and Special Events. She handled over 35 product lines including, co-op budgets, advertising, marketing, special events for local and national organizations as well as all local and national advertising.

Finley joins BCAM from Fabulous Faux, an interior design and faux painting company she founded in 2002. She holds a B.S. degree in Visual Communications from Towson University. When Finley is not pursuing artistic interests, she can be found with her family, coaching her children or volunteering on non-profit boards in Baltimore. Today, Finley lives with husband, Brian, and two children, in Baltimore County. She has served on a handful of local non-profit boards including: the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Student Sharing Coalition, the Ed Block Courage Awards (which hosted a autograph signing with Raven Tony Siragusa), the Abilities Network/Epilepsy Foundation and the Taste of Baltimore. She also has worked for the Ray Lewis foundation and Habitat for Humanity. Finley has given generously of her time and talent to her children’s schools: The Odyssey School, Roland Park Country School and The Boy’s Latin School of Maryland.
